Flowering Gum Spring No.2

Inspired by the Flowering Gum tree’s that blossom in the Springtime. This piece reflects the joy the bush brings to me and others over the warmer months. The textured dot work reflects the blossoms, cheerfully opening up and saying hello on Boon Wurrung/ Bunurong Country. A touch of sand (maloga) is added to keep us grounded and present with the Country you stand on today.
