‘Ocean Energy’ is inspired by many walks along St. Andrews Back Beach as a child and now a woman. Always moving my body, relaxing my mind and taking in those moments of peace. Gently dragging my hand over the array of shells, cool water and sea mist on my skin. Feeling those warm early mornings, bare feet, with the gentle flow of the waves crashing along the shoreline, grounding myself with mother nature.
