Bark Patterns No.2
Whenever I’m on Yorta Yorta Country I’m drawn to the Big River Red gums. The patterns made from the grubs eating at the tree trunks, the different shades of colours reflecting against the bark, the sounds of the gums swaying through the wind and the smell of the leaves, especially on summer night walks on Country. River Red Gums are in my blood, I’m forever looking out for them and other Gum tree’s on different Aboriginal Country.
